FUNDAMENTAL HYDRAULIC TRAINER (HYD – 01)

This circuit trainer explains the fundamental of Hydraulic principles with construction & operation of preliminary components. The components are mounted on frame with their identification symbols. This frame can be placed on table & easy to handle. Quick Release Coupling is the important feature for easy connection between components.  Trainer can be upgraded later for complicated & advanced circuit.

ADVANCED HYDRAULIC TRAINER (HYD – 03)

This circuit trainer explains the Complex circuits & their components used in Hydraulic This trainer aims at helping the students to make complex pneumatic circuits using input and output signals.  Complex valves and actuators can also be studied with the help of this trainer. The components for this circuit trainer are mounted on board having facility of having easy circuit preparation. Quick Release Coupling is the important feature for easy connection between components.  Trainer can be upgraded later for circuits using Electronic consol.  This trainer is mounted on trolley for easy movements.

BASIC ELECTRO – HYDRAULIC TRAINER (HYD – 04)

Hydraulically driven devices can be regulated by electrical controls very efficiently.  Due to this Electro-Hydraulic is widely used in all industries for a variety of applications. Power supply of 24 VDC is part of system & all valves operate on safe 24 VDC. This combination of Hydraulic and electrical control is very effective tool in automation. The Electro-Hydraulic trainer emphasizes this concept, which is widely used in today’s industry for the automation of machines and machining related processes. The components for the trainer are plate mounted and can be easily mounted on the working panel.  Quick Release Coupling is the important feature for easy connection between components. This trainer is mounted on trolley for easy movements.
