SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

This is practically operated system. This will have blower, carburetor, and pipe line & manometer system. Carburetor is attaching to suction side of blower. This will achieve the suction for carburetor. Variable speed of blower will achieve by speed controller. The operation of choke & throttle can be explained.

SECTIONED SET OF FOUR DIFFERENT STEERING BOXES (CUTE-044)

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

Working of high speed moving systems can be studied easily by moving at low speed by external movements. S.P. Tech Equipments have designed the systems, keeping in consideration that all components are exposed & painted with different colours. This makes easy understanding of operation of system. The system is made up from actual working engine/components/systems with a sturdy iron base.

Fig shows the integral type steering system. This unit includes a spool valve, a rotary valve, and a torsion bar. The steering column, steering gear, and steering linkage are little changed from the manual-steering systems.

As the steering wheel is turned, valves are operated to admit this hydraulic pressure to a cylinder that contains the power piston. Then the pressure causes the piston to move, and it provides most of the steering force.

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

The system is driven by an electric motor, if demanded, with speed reduction gearbox to make the rotation upto 14 RPM. The system is made up from actual working engine/components/systems with a sturdy iron base.

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

S P Tech Equipments Sectioned Complete Ignition System display components for demonstrating the construction and operation for a conventional (Breaker Point) and Electronic Type ignition systems. The Demo Units feature original parts which have been carefully sectioned in order to expose key operational features of the coil (or CDI), distributor and spark plug. A unique feature of this unit is that all parts have been left so that the actual operation (not a simulation) of the distributor and spark plug is observed by rotating the handle at the base of the distributor.
The system is energized by a 12 Volt DC transformer which is activated by a real ignition key. During operation the spark plug will spark and the lamp (mounted below spark plug) will light when the distributor is in the position for firing the spark plug. These Demo Units are available in four models which feature either one or four spark plugs and conventional or electronic type ignition systems (optionally).

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

S P Tech Equipments Sectioned Bosch Injection Pump is suitable for medium displacement end. The unit is manually operated through a hand wheel to show all movement of internal parts. the unit is carefully sectioned to show all internal details and is assembled on an elegant wooden base. S P Tech Equipments have designed the system, keeping in consideration that all components are exposed and painted with different colors. This make easy understanding of operation system.

The unit is cut section of an actual Diesel Injection Pump. The unit is manually operated through a handle show all movement of internal parts. The unit is carefully sectioned to show all internal detail and is assembled on M.S. frame.

CUT SECTION MODEL OF A FOUR CYLINDER FOUR STROKE
AUTOMOBILE DIESEL ENGINE (CUT)

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

This system will consist of original full size but used/reconditioned automotive four-cylinder four stroke Diesel engine. S P Tech Equipments have designed the systems, keeping in consideration that all components like piston, cylinder, crank shaft, Rocker Arm, tappet, valve, fuel injection pump, injectors are exposed. The system is repainted with colors & cutting marks. This makes easy understanding of operation of system. The system is driven by an electric motor with speed reduction gearbox to make the rotation up to 10-15 RPM (Optional). The system is mounted on a sturdy M.S. structure.
